Our laws are not compelete enough. A recent survey of Zhengzhou University shows that 75% law major students want to be a lawyer in future ,but after their graduation only 10% chose to be a lawyer . As they don't think lawyer is helpful to weak body and many fields .Most of the time they can not perform their rights and the judge is all in hearing a case.Also in the "China Youth ",A lawyer charged the public security bureau in LiaoNing because they encroached on his rights of meeting the offense suspect.So we should make effort to improve our legislature system and let the law be effective.
Our moral control is incompelete. In SiChuan Province ,A member of the Chinese people's Political Consultative forced others to offer fake evidence and caused a wrong sentence given by the Justice Department.Though he knows the law well,he still does wrong things.This means he is not strong in moral.He can not control himself well.Every person ,especially the government should exercise the democratic supervision so that we can help each other improve our behaviors and manners.
If we can do as what I suggested, the crime rate will go down gradually.To improve the law and moral control, it takes a long time just as there is a long way.Let's do little by little ,step by step.
My teacher give comments.She said it is a poor one,and even can not be called an english composition.
